Hi Kimps, long time since I read your blog! And then Kanye West goes up in my face! I can't express enough distate for this artist, to be honest with you.

First of all, you see him talking about injustices to people, but does he really care? Does he really act? He only talks! Look at these guys from www.axisofjustice.org - they are also artists but you would see them going in the front lines of pickets against social injustices.

And I don't know about his posing as Jesus Christ with (fake) bloody thorns. The stunt spoke louder than the message, cause until now I still don't get it. I remember the guys from Rage Against the Machine actually stood naked in front of the Lollapalooza crowd, duct taped mouths, with anti-censorship letters emblazoned on their chests. All in response to the censors who hate them for speaking against Bush. Can he do something like that?

His music video with a sample of "Diamonds are forever" or something, exposes the means by which diamonds are mined by young African slaves... and yet you see him and his friends toting rows upon rows of diamonds on their skin and clothes!

And I'm not even done on narrating each and every clip I've seen of him, be it on the news, or in MTV side shows... he's so full of &(&%$**@@@@!!!

He says that music should be about intent, not just content. So, what's his intent?

Sorry for the rant, I love your writing, but this artist just annoys the hell out of me.
